Real PPM Panelists Tell All
On September 19th, Coleman Insights unveiled its latest "Mapping the DNA of PPM" series study at the 2008 NAB Radio Show. This study was based on exclusive, non-holds-barred, one-on-one interviews with real PPM panelists in New York, Phaildelphia and Houston who discussed their perceptions of the meter, how, when and where they used it and how they responded to Arbitron’s efforts to ensure their participation. We also gained significant insights about the differences between "perceived" and "metered" listening, including how large this gap is and when and why it exists. Coleman Insights released the second study in our "Mapping the DNA of PPM" series on Thursday, April 3rd. What Happens When the Features Come On?
